Morehead State Football Season Canceled

The Pioneer Football League announced that the 2020 football season has been canceled, which means Morehead State will not play football in 2020.

The league said it will try to explore opportunities to play football in the spring.

A statement from the league yesterday said because of the league’s massive footprint- stretching from Florida to California to Indiana- a schedule would pose huge travel challenges as well as an impossibility of meeting states’ mandatory health and quarantine orders.
