Needing Help With Foster Kids

With close to 10,000 children in foster care, The first lady of Kentucky is calling on local families and communities to help. For Glenna Bevin, it is not just about calling on new families to adopt and foster. It’s also about calling on everyone in the community to get involved. Bevin and other advocates at the event say foster children and foster parents greatly benefit from help from their community. She spoke recently in London, KY and urged everyone to do even a small part like cook a meal or take a foster child to sports practice.
