New Pikeville Medical Center Getting Ready For Opening

Pikeville Medical Center’s (PMC) recent purchase of the Whitesburg Motel is still under renovation but is expected to be open by January 2, 2019.Chief Medical Officer & Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Aaron Crum, says contractors have been working with PMC for the last few months to bring quality care closer to home.”Where they [the community] are lacking is in the speciality care that we are able to provide,” Dr. Crum said.
