New Water Storage Tank Coming To West Liberty
The Department of Local Government announced a $1.2 million grant for a new water storage tank and the replacement of aging water lines in West Liberty.This project is funded by the Appalachian Regional Commission.This project will address an unreliable supply of water in the McClain Way area and frequent service outages due to aging infrastructure in the downtown area.The new 100,000-gallon ground storage tank will serve households in the McClain Way area, and this project will replace about 5,450 linear feet of aging water lines through sections of West Liberty.
