Pike Co. Jail Drug Smuggling Ring Leads to Four Arrests

Thanks to surveillance video at the Pike County Jail, four people are facing charges after they allegedly tried to sneak drugs inside the facility.

Video showed Randa Hamilton and Shayla Stevens trying to smuggle drugs into the jail from the outside.
One inmate, Scotty Gibson, admitted to drilling a hole in the wall in order to get the drugs that were found hanging from a string. Another man, Jordan Conn, was also reportedly involved in the incident.
