Pineville Community Hospital For Sale

The Pineville Community Hospital is up for sale in a sealed bid auction through Tranzon real estate auction company.Asset Advisors say they are under order by the United States Bankruptcy Court to find a new buyer and owner for the hospital.The auction will hopefully maximize the price and satisfy creditors.Tranzon Asset Advisor President Ed Durnil, says at day 4, they have already had several inquiries, both local and out of state.
