Police Chase Comes To Fiery Conclusion

A police chase came to a fiery end in Laurel County.Deputies say Mickey Wayne Grubb, 18, blew through a stop sign causing police to chase after him.Grubb nearly hit two people and a Trooper during the chase.Grubb lost control of the car on Barron Road striking an embankment. The car burst into flames and Grubb fled on foot.Police caught Grubb and he was arrested.Grubb faces multiple charges including fleeing or evading police, reckless driving and theft. Police say the car Grubb was driving was stolen.He is at the Laurel County Correctional Center.
