Prom Dresses Stolen In Clay County

God’s Closet in Clay County is trying to help girls find the dress of their dreams in time for prom, but a recent theft means the non-profit might not be able to help as much as it would like. The owners say the ministry now gives out more than 51,000 clothing items yearly. This includes prom dresses that many girls in Eastern Kentucky cannot usually afford. However, someone recently stole a number of prom dresses from God’s Closet.To help replace the stolen prom dresses, reach out to Clay County High School or on the Facebook page ‘Say Yes to the Prom Dress’.
