Rabies Vaccination Clinic Today In Eastern KY

The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department’s low-cost rabies vaccination clinic will be operating today.From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. pet owners who are interested can get the vaccine for $3 at Douglass Park. The shot is normally $20.Officials say all cats must be in a carrier and all dogs must be on leashes.Animal licenses can also be purchased for $8 if the animal has been spayed or neutered. A license costs $40 if the animal has not been fixed or the owner has no proof of alteration.
