Remains Found in Lincoln County Are of Missing Waynesburg Man

Kentucky State Police said the state medical examiner has identified human remains found under a railroad bridge in rural Lincoln County on Thursday.

The ME’s office said yesterday that they identified the man as 57-year old Patrick Cook of Waynesburg.

He had been reported missing back in December. His remains were discovered off KY 1778 in the South Fork community near a railroad bridge.
