Revitalization Discussions In SE KY
The Community and Economic Development Initiative for Kentucky (CEDIK) met at City Hall on Thursday to discuss revitalization opportunities.The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) gave $1.5 million to CEDIK hoping to give people a chance to fund small programs they wish to bring to their communities within the Promise Zone of Southeastern Kentucky.Representatives for 12 downtown cities and eight surrounding counties participated in the training and data report discussions.
