Rockcastle Co. Cleans Up After Thursday Flooding

Residents of Rockcastle County spent much of Friday cleaning up after flash flooding hit the area on Thursday night.

Parts of the county picked up four inches of rain in less than two hours. Main Street in Brodhead was closed for much of the day yesterday due to high water levels.

All roads that were closed to high standing water have reopened as of this morning, although officials warn some high standing water is still likely in spots.
