Scott County Deputy Returns Home
Scott County Deputy Jaime Morales has left the hospital and is heading home weeks after being shot in the line of duty. Morales has spent weeks in a Louisville hospital after being paralyzed in the line of duty during an exchange of gunfire in Scott County. Since the incident that paralyzed Morales, his community has shown tons of support for his family by holding fundraisers, donating money to support his recovery, and even offering new home-building services for free.
