Search Continues For Magoffin County Toddler
A Magoffin County father, Elden Howard is offering a 5-thousand dollar reward for anyone who brings back his 22-month-old son, Kenneth. Kenneth was last seen around 7:30 p.m. Sunday night. Family members said they believe he may have walked out the back door of his home. Search and Rescue teams have been looking for the toddler for two days.
