SOAR Summit Is Complete In KY

The SOAR Summit hosted a new event to wrap up Thursday’s day of festivities.A pitch competition was held where 10 local businesses competed for a $5,000 prize.”So this idea was to not only have this competition but to have connectivity for these folks to get their product out there and for people to hear what their idea is,” said Judge Jeff Jones the USDA rural development program director.Jones says these businesses are limited, and SOAR wants to give them a chance to find resources.
