State Of Emergency In Wolfe County
A State of Emergency is declared in Wolfe County after heavy rains moved into the region Saturday night. Reports indicate many roads are flooded and Shooting Fork partially collapsed. “The water collapsed the culverts and just washed the whole road out,” says Wolfe County EMS Director Marcus Stephens. No cars were on the road during the collapse. Thirteen people were unable to leave their homes due to the road collapse.
