State Of Emergency
Trees on structures, roadways and utility lines from a second ice storm has created dangerous situations which Jackson County Judge Executive Shane Gabbard says he has not seen conditions like this for quite some time. So officials in Jackson County have declared a state of emergency as many people are without power, due to fallen trees and freezing conditions.
