Taunting a police officer could become a crime
The Kentucky State Senate passed a bill that would make it a crime to taunt a police officer. Under the legislation, anyone who “accosts, insults, taunts, or challenges” a law enforcement officer would be charged with a misdemeanor and face up to ninety days in jail.
