Time To Cram The Cruiser

The annual Kentucky State Police Post 09 “Cram the Cruiser” is going on now. From now until December 10th troopers ask the community donate non-perishable food items. All the items donated will be taken to local food banks in the post 09 area. That is Pike, Floyd, Martin, Johnson, and Magoffin Counties. Trooper William Petry says this type of donation is important during the holiday season. Because during this time of the year, we know a lot of families don’t have enough to make ends meet. We try to help them out with some different types of items so many they can have a little better Christmas and a little better dinner on the table,” explains Trooper Petry.A KSP cruiser will be stationed at Food City from 10:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. this Saturday.
