Veterans In Hazard Surprised

The local veterans in Hazard received an exciting surprise on Monday.Similar cars and trucks from the show Smokey the Bandit stopped at the East Kentucky Veterans Center to give the community a taste of TV history.”We are blessed in the sense that Tyler Hamburg reached out to the Hazard tourism to offer his service for free to come out and allow the veterans to meet the community and have a great time with them. They showed up with Snowman’s 18 wheeler and more than 20 bandit cars,” said Activities Director Matthew Sabin.
