Warming Centers Open

As a way of helping counties across the mountains have opened warming centers for those who have lost power during the ice storm and need a place to stay warm.In Jackson County, the Judge-Executive Shane Gabbard announced officials there have opened the Tyner Elementary School for use for those who need it.Restoration Ministries in Laurel County has opened up an emergency shelter. West London Baptist Church is open and in Floyd County, Judge-Executive Robbie Williams announced the Martin Community Center is open.
