Water Repairs For Ashland Water Customers

Several Ashland Water Department customers will be affected by a planned outage starting this afternoon to make repairs, the agency reports. It says it will begin around 3:30 p.m. Friday and continue until nearly 3:30 a.m. Saturday.After the outage, there will be a boil water advisory. The outage is expected to affect these locations:Blackburn Avenue from U.S. 23 to Pollard Road; The Sherwood Forest area; Holt, Hackworth, Hampton, Short, Newman, Moore, Crooks, Monroe, Elm, Garfield, Roosevelt, Virginia, Iroquois, Seminole, Crawford, Boone, Pollard; Midland Heights, South Ashland and surrounding roads.
