WellCare Of KY Donates To Purple Purse

WellCare of Kentucky is donating $10,000 to survivors of domestic abuse or sexual assault.The announcement came Thursday afternoon at a luncheon for the 20th Annual Ending Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Conference.The $10,000 donation will go into the Purple Purse Emergency Fund.It is a fund that helps survivors get back on their feet after they have left an abusive relationship.Every year the Purple Purse Emergency Fund provides about $45,000 in assistance to survivors of domestic abuse or sexual assault.
