WestCare Emergency Shelter Getting Ready For Clients

She says people can stay inside the shelter from 7:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M. If you stay in the shelter you can wash clothes, shower, and those who work there will even bring you a bag filled with pop-top cans of food, toilet paper, paper towels, baby wipes hygiene products and more.
