Wheelwright Department Of Corrections Hiring

The Department of Corrections is hiring after Friday’s announcement that the prison in Wheelwright is reopening. Numerous job fairs will be open throughout the area this week and next week.The Department of Corrections is hiring nearly 200 people for several different full-time positions.Tammy Louwright is in charge of recruitment for the Department of Corrections. She says experience is not a requirement to apply. The next job fair is today Oct. 22 – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Southeast State Correctional Complex Correctional Road, Wheelwright, KY and tomorrow Oct. 23 – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Southeast State Correctional Complex.
